I am used to years of abuse from mechanics who rushed me in and out, charged me an arm and a leg, and still didn't fix the problem. But Rad-Air? TOTALLY RAD! This place is better than GREAT! I dropped off my van for a wheel alignment and also requested the team to inspect a jingling sound that was growing rapidly concerning to me. When they couldn't replicate my van's issue, they called me back to discuss it to further troubleshoot. They were honest with their discoveries and took their time to pinpoint the issue, which ended up being minor and did not need replacement parts (thank God!). These guys did not try to make up extra problems to rake my bank account through the coals. In fact, I left feeling confident that my vehicle was repaired correctly and I even paid less than expected for my total car care! The best part, with a baby on the way, I was worried we would need to go on a ramen diet for the week just to pay for the bill---but the money we saved from this visit allowed me to buy healthy groceries, which will definitely help with my morning sickness. I've been taking my 2010 Kia Soul to Colin and his team at Rad Air Seven Hills for many years. Even more so, recently, given its age, and because of some recent E-check issues and a problematic O2 sensor that just won't cooperate. This is what happens when your care is over 15 years old and 100K+ miles. Colin is incredibly friendly and very helpful. His communication about what needs done and how much it'll cost has always been excellent. A couple times he hasn't called us to let us know the car is ready to be picked up, but not a huge deal. Our repairs have always been done right (as far as I know) and quickly. The waiting area is nice, a big comfy couch, some books. We have never waited for our car, so I can't comment on anything past that. While I'm on the subject of the waiting area, one minor thing though, there is an air freshener/atomizer that is always running in the waiting area, so the fragrance can be a bit overwhelming when you walk in. Something for more sensitive folks and people with allergies to be aware of. And the parking lot is small. Very small. This is just an FYI. We've had to park on the side or out of the way several times when dropping off, because ever

Colin and his team were great! You know they’re great by how busy they stay too BUT they don’t let that keep them from taking the best care of you. I called them to see if they could work me in asap, as we had just moved to the area and I was way over do for an oil change — they got right on it. They aren’t pushy and they know their stuff. They also have a great set up in their waiting area. I have 4 young kids and I had to bring them with me during my car service. They didn’t hesitate to let my children come in, in fact they kindly gave them cookies and Colin let them pet his sweet puppy! We all enjoyed our experience at Rad Air! Thank you!

Our family has trusted RadAir Seven Hills for over 10 years. Lee and Collin are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and organized. They often have a free loaner car if the repair will take longer and you are in need of transportation. They are honest, fairly priced, and communicate well. We highly recommend RadAir Seven Hills

Got my e-Check done here and it was easy. My Subaru is only 8 years old so I didn't expect any issues, and I was not proved wrong. They have a nice waiting room with loads of model cars to look at from just about every era, which was fun for me. Curtious personnel that politely answered my questions, and, best of all, gave me a complimentary bag of Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies as a thank you gesture when I left! A really great gesture for a service I didn't have to pay for!
